The greatest treasure of KOLBY is the eponymous vineyard located in the close proximity of a savannah Pouzdřanská step (Mikulov, South Moravia). Preserved natural heritage, loss loam soils and a specific microclimate creates a typical terroir that shows off in aromas and tastes of our wines. On 34 ha of a single vineyard we grow 7 white and 2 blue vine varieties.

Our aim is to offer matured wines, and therefore all our wines are aged in perfect conditions of historical cellars for a minimum period of 2 years before introduced to our customers. Minerality, fruity notes, crispy acids, a balanced sugar content and  a unique terroir imprint, both on the palette and in the mouth, is what you can find in every glass of wines from KOLBY, wines appreciated by wine lovers home and abroad too.
